In Saint-Pierre-d'Albigny, this 16th-century fortified house is awakening to a new chapter in its history. Blending heritage and lifestyle, the Château des Allues opens its doors in three stages.
La Chapelle - a heritage gem transformed into a restaurant, where everything is cooked over a wood fire. Already open!
The Château - future hotel with around twenty rooms, ready
to welcome travellers and epicureans from the summer of 2026.
Fagus - A gastronomic restaurant in the making that will tell the story of our mountains and the region, but also nourished by foreign cultures.

At the head of the kitchen : Chiho and Marcelo, two passionate chefs with exceptional backgrounds. After working in some of the finest restaurants in France, they have settled here to write a new culinary chapter.
Former executive chefs of Mirazur in Menton, alongside Mauro Colagreco (3 Michelin stars),
They are also the founders of the Virtus restaurant in Paris, which has been awarded a Michelin star.
